Terms and Conditions


These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of any websites, platforms, services, events, subscriptions, software, coaching programs, communities, and staffing solutions offered by Goldbar Training LLC, including its brands Goldbar Staffing, Goldbar Coaching, Goldbar Live, Goldbar Club, and Goldy.AI (“Goldbar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using any Goldbar services or websites—including but not limited to www.goldbarcoaching.com, www.goldbarstaffing.com, www.goldbarsystem.com, www.goldyai.com, or affiliated platforms—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Goldbar Training LLC and/or its affiliates ("Goldbar," "Goldbar Training", "Goldbar Coaching", "Goldbar Community", "Goldbar Staffing", "us," "we," or "our"). Goldbar provides a range of services depending on your needs. These Terms and Conditions will apply to both individuals and suppliers. In some cases, responsibilities vary. If these Terms conflict with specific Service Terms, the Service Terms apply.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS BEFORE USING OUR SITES OR SERVICES. THESE TERMS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION.

By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT.

2. Definitions
“Goldbar” = Goldbar Training LLC and brands  
“User” = Any visitor, subscriber, member, or client  
“Client” = Any entity or individual paying for services  
“Assistant” = Any individual placed through staffing  
“Platform” = Our websites, tools, communities  
“Services” = Coaching, training, staffing, events, tools

3. Scope of Services
Goldbar provides:
- Virtual assistant staffing
- Coaching & consulting programs
- SOP libraries and automation tools
- Live/virtual events
- Membership platforms

4. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be 18+ and legally capable to agree. You’re responsible for account accuracy, confidentiality, and use. Goldbar may terminate accounts for breach.

5. Community Conduct
Do not harass, spam, share confidential info, or self-promote unless authorized. Violators may be banned.

6. Use of Platform
Use for lawful purposes only. Scraping, copying, or unauthorized duplication is prohibited.

7. Staffing-Specific Terms
Clients may not hire assistants directly, must pay invoices, and use designated platforms. Goldbar is not the employer unless stated.

8. Coaching & Education Terms
Coaching materials are proprietary. No recording or redistribution. No guaranteed results.

9. Subscription & Billing Terms
Monthly billing applies unless canceled. Payments are recurring. Failure to use services does not cancel obligations.

To cancel, email: support@goldbarstaffing.com with 10 days’ notice. Late notice may result in another billing cycle.

10. Refunds, Cancellations & Terminations
No refunds. Services are digital. Canceling mid-cycle forfeits the remaining period. Cancellation requires a survey submission. Unpaid accounts may be terminated.

11. Event Terms
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Disruptive attendees may be removed. Events may be recorded.

12. Licensing & Use of Materials
All website content is protected. You get a non-transferable license for use. No copying, redistributing, or commercial use.

13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content is owned by Goldbar. No use without written permission.

14. User Submissions & Testimonials
Goldbar may use testimonials and content you submit. You grant rights to use, edit, and publish it. Submissions must not violate others’ rights or laws.

15. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
You must keep all confidential content private, including assistant and training materials.

16. Results Disclaimer
Your success depends on your effort and business. No earnings or success guarantees are made. Goldbar does not offer tax/legal/financial advice.

17. Third-Party Tools, Vendors & Links
Goldbar is not responsible for 3rd-party tools or site content. Use at your own risk.

18. Assistant Conduct & Client Expectations
Goldbar facilitates placements but is not responsible for assistant behavior outside of our scope.

19. Technology Access & Platform Disruptions
Uptime is a goal, not a guarantee. We’re not liable for outages.

20. Non-Solicitation & Circumvention
Clients and contractors may not bypass Goldbar. Violators face 12 months of service fees.

21. Privacy Policy & Consent to Communication
By using the service, you agree to receive contact via:
- Email
- SMS/MMS
- Phone
- Automated messaging
You consent to data sharing for marketing. Submitting forms = agreement.

22. Resale, Partnership, and Data Usage
We may resell data to vetted partners. You may not resell our content or frameworks.

23. Compliance with Laws
You must follow all applicable laws including email, telemarketing, and data privacy laws. You indemnify Goldbar from violations.

24. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Goldbar from claims or disputes resulting from misuse of the website, services, or violations.

25. Limitation of Liability
Goldbar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability = fees paid in last 90 days.

26. Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, outages).

28. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Florida law governs. All claims must be filed individually in Florida courts unless covered by arbitration.

29. Binding Arbitration Clause
All disputes must go to **binding arbitration** unless otherwise stated. No class actions allowed. Arbitration is confidential, final, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

30. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance. Check this page for updates.
