DMCA Policy

Goldbar Training LLC, operating under the brand name Goldbar Staffing, complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy describes the procedures for submitting a copyright infringement complaint or counter-notice involving content hosted or published by Goldbar.

🔐 The DMCA Explained
The DMCA provides a standardized process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content. You can learn more at the U.S. Copyright Office: www.copyright.gov

Note: This policy is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice.

✍️ Notice Requirements (DMCA Takedown Request)
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice with Goldbar, please send an email to support@goldbarstaffing.com with plain text in the body of the message, not just as an attachment.

Your notice must include the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (your full name suffices).

- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

- A description of the allegedly infringing content with enough detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL or screenshots).

- Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address).

- A good faith statement:
“I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

- An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury:
“The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

🚫 No Automated Submissions
We do not accept DMCA notices submitted by bots or mass-automation tools. Each notice must be personally reviewed and signed by a responsible party.

🔄 Counter Notices
If your content was disabled due to a DMCA takedown request and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter notice. Please email us with the following:

- Your name, address, and signature.

- A description of the content and where it appeared before removal.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or in Orange County, FL if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.

Once a valid counter notice is received, we may reinstate the content after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant informs us they are pursuing legal action.

⚠️ False Claims
Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a violation of federal law and may result in legal consequences including monetary damages, attorney fees, and more under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

❗Important Reminders
- Please consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
- If you are unsure whether content is infringing, investigate thoroughly.
- Goldbar reserves the right to reject notices that are incomplete or abusive.
